Bulgogi, or fire meat, refers to marinated slices of pork and beef that are grilled on a barbecue or stove-top. These thinly-sliced, grilled meats are usually incorporated into stir fry dishes, but can also be enjoyed on their own. We offer many variations of this classic dish to customers who visit our Korean barbecue restaurant. For instance, if you're not a fan of red meat, you can grill bulgogi-style chicken.
